Include the email on your Just Roll account and, if it's about a post or report, a link or description of the content. We typically reply within 1–2 business days; content reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

FAQ

How do I join my gym?

Ask a coach or teammate for your gym's 6-character join code, then enter it in the Gym tab. If your gym isn't on Just Roll yet, anyone can create it and become its first member.

How do streaks work?

Log at least one training session a day to keep your streak alive. Streaks count calendar days, so a late-night session still counts for the day you trained.

How do I report a post or block someone?

Open the post, comment, or profile and use Report (tell us why) or Block (you'll stop seeing each other immediately). Details in the Community Guidelines.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You → Settings → Delete account. Or email us from your account email and we'll handle it. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.

Something looks wrong with my record or leaderboard.

Email us with your handle and what you expected to see — leaderboards roll up the last 7 days of logged sessions for active gym members.
